Our service offers real solutions to pest problems and we are
dedicated to keeping residents and management satisfied.
We have never required contracts and feel secure that we will
maintain our accounts based on your continued satisfaction.
All
of our communities receive an organized maintenance book, categorized
with maintenance reports, service agreement, insurance
certificate, and pest specific information that management may need to
photocopy and give to certain residents for particular pest treatment
preparation. There is also a section where weekly pesticide application
records are kept as required by law.
INSTAR
is able to treat and correct problems that residents experience as well
as to provide residents with an understanding of why they may be
experiencing certain pests.
We provide emergency service and can always be reached for
questions or concerns that residents or management may have. |
